Chris, an experienced finance and real estate consultant, began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1998. Afterward, he transitioned into commercial real estate consultancy in Switzerland with CBRE (London) and JLL (Paris).

In 2007, Chris returned to finance in Geneva, where he raised with his sales teams $4 billion in assets for NYC based hedge funds across Europe and Switzerland (2007 to 2023). In 2009, he founded ECM in London, specializing in capital raising, regulation, and consultancy for international UCITS fund managers and private equity fund distribution.

Chris actively embraces AI and Web3 technologies, leveraging them to transition all funds to digital assets in the future.

​

 New York City born, he integrates his Swiss, Irish, and American heritage into a highly international perspective, considering Geneva and London his home for the past 24 years.

Jesse, has experience across a broad range of sectors including biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, he is our ECM expert on FCA regulation and compliance for financial sectors and products.

​

Schulman came to investment banking many years ago after a career segment as an Emmy Award-winning war correspondent for CBS News, subsequently joining US investment bank Friedman Billings Ramsey and then life sciences boutique Ferghana Partners.

Jesse, is our expert on web3 and AI for ECM in order to keep us up to date in this fast moving technology for the team. 

​

He later founded the corporate financial regulation firm Capital Systematics.

He holds a BA in Mathematics and a PhD in Neurosciences. Jesse has lived in London for over 30 years and is an American citizen.

​

Haresh, has long experience managing both mutual and hedge funds. He has worked at top institutions including JF/JP Morgan, Allianz Dresdner Thornton, Global Asset Management, Bessent Capital, and Cheyne Capital.

His primary focus was pan-Asian equities managing $8bn in AUM for the portfolio.

 

More recently, he has been managing his own wealth covering global equity markets.

Some of the funds he has been involved with have been ranked #1 or in the top quartile in their category and he has earned 2 Lipper Awards.

Today, Haresh is in charge of product origination and distribution creation to build a best pipeline of investors for our products, funds, notes and security tokens on a blockchain or P2P.

 

He has worked in Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York and London. He holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the Wharton School. Haresh resides in London for many years with his family and is of Japanese/India decent.

Henry, was born into a private banking family and film production world, Henry, graduated with a Joint Maths and Physics degree at Bristol University, then qualified as a CIMA, working in a manufacturing/distribution industry.

 

Then subsequently worked in a variety of sectors including Venture capital and capital raising for hedge funds with our team. 

The last 10 years have been focused on supporting ECM on all its administrative, financial, and tax matters.

Henry is a British citizen and lives with his family outside of London.

Caitlin, works with companies and clients to better understand their customers needs and design messaging and products to meet them.

​

With a background in analytics driven marketing has facilitated for companies from new start-ups to industry leaders.

​

She has worked with ECM over the past few years making sure our company and clients are presenting the best vision and message to our investors, by using digital marketing and anything SaaS or cloud driven.

 

Caitlin is co-founder of "What The Hack" and a former ballet and modern dancer. She is American and resides in Dublin, Ireland and London.
